“Your driver called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at a really poor time for me personally as I had to take my children to school. When I explained that I was struggling for time and was unable to lift the heavy pallet from the van as I’d recently injured my back, I expected him to close the van and ask me to rearrange delivery.
Rather than heading off, Jamie (the driver) very kindly offered to strip the pallet down, unload it onto my drive carefully, and waited patiently until I returned from school 15 mins later. I’d like to thank Jamie for his extremely friendly and helpful attitude and honest, flexible approach – an outstanding example of excellent customer service!”
