Dom Wintrip joined OSE European as a Director in 2018.

Having worked for well-known North East brand Proctor and Gamble as Transport Leader, Dom brings over 25 years experience in Supply Chain Logistics to OSE.

Dom’s background in the management of complex supply chains ideally places him to manage the OSE transport operation on a daily basis, assuming responsibility for both the finance and planning teams and working with other key stakeholders within the business to deliver a best in class customer service experience.

It is also Dom’s responsibility to ensure that the business is operating legally and that services are developed and launched to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer, ensuring that OSE remains one of the “go to” businesses in the industry.

Recently, Dom has been closely involved in OSE’s preparations for Brexit, putting in place detailed plans and systems, creating and upgrading IT systems, and ensuring that the transition is as smooth as possible for OSE customers.

Rob Jackson joined OSE European as Commercial Manager in 2020.

Having obtained a degree in Psychology from the University of Staffordshire, Rob began his career overseeing removals and transport across Europe, later moving into a service delivery role for communications provider O2. Rob’s customer service experience combined with his working knowledge of EU transportation has brought heavy-weight market-leading know-how to the OSE team, reinforcing their position as leaders in their field.

Rob is responsible for leading the sales and service functions, liaising with the customer base, managing the sales team, relationship management, and business development. More recently, Rob has been helping OSE customers to understand and navigate the complex implications of Brexit and liaising with parties to ensure a smooth transition of goods into Europe.

In addition, Rob is an ITIL accredited practitioner, qualified in the delivery of ICT frameworks and service management.

Jamie McTeer joined OSE European in 2012.

Having joined initially as an apprentice in Business Administration, Jamie worked his way through the business to become Senior Operations and Customer Service Executive.

Jamie deals with incoming enquiries from customers and potential customers and provides fully transparent quotations for transport requirements across the UK and Europe, and internationally.

With a strong customer service background, Jamie is also trained in customs clearance, transporting hazardous goods, and drivers working hours.

Beverley Henderson joined OSE European in 2020 as Customs Coordinator.

With over 40 years of knowledge of global shipping and freight forwarding gained during her long career in the industry, Beverley’s experience and skill-set bring an enviable depth of experience to the team.

As Customs Coordinator, Beverley is dedicated to coordinating imports and exports from the EU whilst negotiating the new Brexit rules and regulations to ensure that customers’ consignments reach their destination on time. Beverley also oversees import and export declarations and provides much relied on support to OSE customers looking for help and guidance.

Chris Smith joined OSE as Transport Planner in 2020.

Having completed a degree in Media Production at the University of Sunderland, Chris garnered customer service experience working for well-known North East name, Northern Rock, before taking up a role in Transport.

Chris’s 10 years of experience in the haulage and logistics industry, combined with his strong background in customer services and a further qualification in Transport Management, brings an additional depth of experience to the OSE team.

Chris’s role encompasses driver responsibilities, plotting journeys and routes across the UK and Europe, anticipating border checks, tunnels and tolls, road closures, and driving times, and looking to ensure return journeys are full so that no empty journeys are made as part of OSE’s commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Jayne Rowley joined OSE European in 2014 as Sales and Business Development Executive.

Having previously worked in a role delivering systems training and driver training courses, Jayne’s understanding of the logistics industry and Sales Academy training perfectly position her to manage OSE’s key account management, ensure the business is delivering on service expectations and generate new business across the country.

As a strong advocate of providing high levels of service, Jayne is focused on engaging with customers and building long-lasting relationships with a view to retaining those customers we work with.

Beverley Dawson joined OSE European in 2019 as Finance Assistant before being promoted to Finance Manager in 2020.

With a business administration background spanning more than 20 years and AAT Level 3 Finance and Accountancy qualified, Beverley oversees OSE’s UK and International banking, deals with incoming finance enquiries,  raises invoices and arranges supplier payments, and looks after the company payroll. Beverley also provides support to the HR function when required.

Nicola O’Brien joined OSE European in 2016, initially as an administrator.

As the business has grown, Nicola has taken on the role of Accounts Clerk working closely with the Finance Manager to issue invoices, manage credit control and deal with incoming enquiries. Nicola also provides the translation on all international paperwork coming into OSE.

With a strong background in customer service and an AAT Bookkeeping Diploma, Nicola plays a key part in the finance function.

Barry Jennings joined OSE European in 2015 from a previous role in logistics.

With over 17 years of experience in the logistics industry, Barry looks after OSE’s membership with leading UK pallet networks, Fortec and Pallex and is also closely involved in the Hazchem network.

Barry works across the teams at OSE, providing support to all functions and planning routes for pallet delivery.

Nomeda Sabunaite joined OSE European in 2021 as a Customs Coordinator from her previous role as Operations Support Agent for well-known logistics company FedEx.

With a strong background in European and international logistics, Nomeda oversees import and export declarations and liaises with agents and customers to ensure a smooth transit of goods across Europe.

Passionate about delivering a level of customer service that exceeds customer expectations, Nomeda works to ensure that systems and processes are up to date and information given is correct and in accordance with current customs regulations.

Kristian joined OSE European in June 2021. His responsibilities include; checking that all vehicles are roadworthy, reporting defects, ensuring that all equipment is maintained and that driver qualifications are up-to-date.

Having previously worked as an account manager for a decal manufacturer, Kristian thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Within his versatile day-to-day role as Logistics Coordinator, Kristian is committed to ensuring that all required vehicles are out on the road and functioning optimally. He also oversees driving performance and arranges vehicle repairs.

Amy joined OSE as a Business Development Executive in 2021, having previously graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Psychology.

Responsible for generating and overseeing new business enquiries, Amy works closely with Commercial Manager Rob Jackson and the senior management team on new business strategy as part of the business’s strategic growth plan.

Amy is central to building relationships at OSE, helping new and existing clients with their logistical needs, an essential service for most businesses.

Tony joined OSE European as the company’s Pallet Network Planner in June 2021. After completing a degree in Business Management and Leadership in 2015 at Teesside University, Tony worked as a Production Planner at Encore Envelopes, gaining invaluable experience of quality standards and the maintenance and control of products.

Tony’s role at OSE includes overseeing pallet network deliveries and collections, identifying missing pallets, and co-ordinating activity throughout the network. Tony also frequently liaises with our drivers to ensure that pallet deliveries are consistently efficient and timely.

Christine joined the team at OSE European in September 2021. With 25 years’ experience working in accounts and administration, Christine has achieved qualifications in Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll.

With an impeccable attention to detail, Christine brings a high level of accuracy to the role. She works closely with the Accounts Clerk and Finance Manager and undertakes a range of tasks, including dealing with purchase orders and bank and payroll records.
