With the pandemic resulting in an even greater dependence upon logistics for the delivery of food, medicine and essential supplies to keep businesses and the country afloat, we needed to ensure that we were providing the same level of quality and the fast and efficient service that we had maintained before the pandemic.
During an intensely demanding period, we provided 24/7 UK and EU warehousing and storage solutions for a variety of North East companies who needed to protect valuable stock as business ground to a halt. We also continued to support small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them to adapt their operations by delivering flexible road freight and courier services.
From all-important pharmaceutical deliveries to providing the transport of pallets to manufacturing and automotive companies, the pandemic shone a glaring light on the necessity for connection during a time of isolation.
OSE’s status as essential workers meant that companies across the country were relying on us to lower supply chain risks throughout our UK and European networks.
