Severe Weather Warning Reported for the North East and North West today, the FTA has reported Gale Status: Amber.

NORTH EAST LOCATION:
There is a particularly high risk that high-sided vehicles and other ‘vulnerable’ vehicles such as caravans and motorbikes could be blown over. Road users should heed Motorway Messages and listen for radio updates.
NORTH WEST LOCATION:

Motorists please take care when on the roads today and listen out for information in your driving areas.
Gusts of wind are reported to be around 60 -65mph late morning to afternoon.
